We would like to inform you of the modifications to the existing “D” share (FR0013318912) of Quilvest Credit Sub. It is modified as follow:

  • The original net asset value is now 10,000 euros instead of 1,000 euros,
  • The shares are intended for “All subscribers, more particularly intended for institutional investors” instead of “All subscribers, more particularly intended for private persons”.
  • Net realized gains or losses are distributed instead of capitalized, or distributed at the decision of the management company.

The management company also decided to lower the financial management fees and external administrative costs at 0.60% including all taxes instead of 1.20%

In addition, the A share class (FR0012769438) has been removed due to no shareholders.
